The Foundation is a charitable organization whose purpose shall be to: 
•    Promote higher education for women of all ages;
•    Promote technological advancement for at-risk youth;
•    Cultivate community service and development opportunities;
•    Provide scholarships and grants for post-secondary students;
•    Promote health and safety awareness;
•    Provide financial empowerment workshops for youth and women of all ages; and
•    Provide grants to other corporations qualifying as exempt organizations under  section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law.
